AMD 6600 gpu hang with enb Fivem

So i had enb running perfectly fine a couple months back on this same card and pc build, but i went and reinstalled fivem and enb and all my graphic mods ( just saying i used all these mods with enb last time and they worked together ), but when i lunched fivem i got this






and this is my gta5 main directory




please help
