Downsampling?

Hey guys, just got a quick question for other AMD users out there. Is there a current and effective means of downsampling with AMD cards? The latest I've been able to find with google is a method that doesn't work after the 12.10 or so drivers and drivers that old don't even exist for my card. I'm using catalyst 14.2beta (haven't check for an update for awhile though). I could obviously downsample via ENB but the performance hit from that resolution is just way too high. I'd prefer to downsample from 1440p or so for normal play. Thanks guys!
