New Vegas: What's causing things looking inside out?

Here's a gallery.

This happens when the d3d9.dll is in place. HDR is "on" according to the launcher, but I don't trust it because I have to set resolution manually in the ini. Where is the ini option for HDR?

Antialiasing enabled/forced or crapware (steam overlay, afterburner, evga, etc).

Interesting. Totally unexpected by Steam overlay. Never had that problem with oblivion, skyrim or gta.

I too had this issue, using the latest Fallout ENB; disabling the Steam Overlay fixed it.

Though, in my case, this bug would occur when the overlay was visibile; when streaming, getting messages, pressing shift+tab to open access the full overlay, etc.
