I don't undertand what you asked. Maybe FPS? Then nobody knows, depends from screen resolution and mods installed.

Its 1440p.
Moda..im using from wabbajack avo next gen.
Without enb i have constant 60fps. When i enable ENB ..IT drops to 34-36 fps.
So i Tried using different enbs on different mod list and everytime i have this drastic drop in fps...

Better check if you dont have issue with power management of videocard by using tools like Afterburner to check gpu and vram frequencies when game is running, if they drop with enbseries installed. If not, then disable ambient occlusion in the enbseries.ini

Gpu is at 99 % . Temps are fine.
I belive its just a poor optimization for dx11 .
I Tried to use dxvk but enb stopped working and i couldnt make IT work, after the tutorial i found in NexusM

dxvk have no benefits over native dx11. I told you what to check, you did not, while it's famous issue with amd cards.
I saw comparison video about your videocard, it's same as mine by performance and your cpu is much faster than mine, so there is no reason to have issues, except if you have very high quality setting for ambient occlusion effect or have some very heavy external effect with it's own ambient occlusion f.e. Toggle effects till find issue, but only AFTER you 100% sure that gpu and vram frequencies do not drop almost twice when enbseries is active.
