Need help with ENB settings

Basically I want to use ENB for nothing but the complete removal of bloom and eye adaptation. However climates of tamriel's dark nights and dungeons do not work with the enb active, so something must be wrong in the settings (unless they are to do with bloom). remove bloom and adaptation using the game's own engine. MUCH easier. I think there are even mods that do just that
