New ENB Version available for download prompt

Skyrim SE - Windows 10 - ENB v0452
Re-downloaded and replaced the ENB files many times, including trying older versions, restarted windows, but still get the message that a new ENB version is available for download.
Hoping to find a fix to ensure my ENB is displaying as intended. Many thanks for any suggestions offered.
Also, I couldn't overwrite d3d11.dll and d3dcompiler_46e.dll until a computer restart...

Works properly on my end. Maybe you didn't reload d3d11.dll from this site, but used some cached version of it.
