Feature request (for Skyrim SE/AE).
Can we get a setting added to apply SSAO/SSIL attenuation on grass in much the same way way as we already have "SSS amount" for skin? The very high density of grass meshes causes AO/IL to heavily apply on grass. If you're playing in third person, it causes a noticeable halo. It would be very useful to be able to reduce or remove AO/IL effects on grass to improve overall image quality.
Cheers and thanks

This is impossible.

Re: SSAO SSIL on grass feature request
Grass is rendered much earlier than ssao. Sss is rendered at same time when ssao. So changing ao for grass require masking grass - performance killer. And such thing will look invalid anyway, not as people imagine.
