ok, so I just built a new computer, my last 1 handled ENB easily but now i try to do the same config with newer D3d9.dll it doesn't work properly. I get this horrible Grey Patch were the sun hits my characters head, he is also bald, so it makes things worse. I was thinking it was to much bloom but I've tried reducing it and it dosen't go away.. I need help because it looks so wrong lol, not to mention everything in general just looks really Bright.

Greater amount of "lol"s will not help you.
Find all skyrimprefs.ini on pc and set bFloatingPointTarget=1. And 0.102 is very old unsupported version.
