ok, so I just built a new computer, my last 1 handled ENB easily but now i try to do the same config with newer D3d9.dll it doesn't work properly. I get this horrible Grey Patch were the sun hits my characters head, he is also bald, so it makes things worse. I was thinking it was to much bloom but I've tried reducing it and it dosen't go away.. I need help because it looks so wrong lol, not to mention everything in general just looks really Bright.

Some additional Information.

My Specifics are.

I7 3820 3.60 ghz sandybride 2011 socket
8 gig ram
660 GTX 2 gig
win 8

Also my installation Steps.

1st I downloaded a realistic Hope ENb it came packed with a d3d9.dll so I didn't bother getting a wrapped version from enbSeries website, it also didn't mention that in installation guide then I when into Steam/steam apps/common/skyrim/skyrim/skyrimprefs and changed bFloat to = 1 and the other 2 Tress and land. I have no other mod installed at all it's a fresh copy, And started up the game. then that happened lol. Please help

Greater amount of "lol"s will not help you.
Find all skyrimprefs.ini on pc and set bFloatingPointTarget=1. And 0.102 is very old unsupported version.
