It seems to have brought my frames from around 70 on high resolution to 3.5 with the shaders so i am very unhappy with this shaders and would like to know how to go about uninstalling it. please help if you could.

Remove the same files from game folder, which are in zip file of the mod. Or the simplest way is to delete d3d9.dll from game folder. But seems you are too much lazy to find out what is wrong.

Well i did find out whats wrongish i unloaded all my mods and then it worked but had really long load times for some reason. but thanks for the help :D
