Hi,

I'am playing with the Sharpshooter enb classic and everything is fine.
Only thing that is bothering me is the clouds.
The mod is already bright but im okey with it, however as soon as clouds are in the sky, everything is way brigther.

I made two picture at the same ingame time. one without clouds and one with.

you can clearly see how much more light the clouds make. i hate it.
ive been playing like this way to long. ther must be a way to change that via ini or something else.
hopefully not by changing the normal day without clouds.

thx in advance

Probably it's because of eye adaptation set to reverse in enbeffect.fx shader file. For sure it's customized shader, so better ask the author what to modify or try to search variables with "...Adaptation..." string, if they are exist in that shader.

Hmm, looks like something do with adaptation to me too... Since the cloudy days are pretty dark and contrasty in the vanilla game, maybe minimum adaptation intensity is simply too low. You could try looking for EAdaptationMinV2 in enbeffect.fx and increasing the value.

i don't seem to get good enough results but thas okay, i found a much better graphics mod now (skyrim enhanced shaders fx). however iam trying to get over 60fps so im playing around in the enbini.
i tried turning UseIndirectLighting to false but i fail to see the diffrence. its a tiny bit darker but it gives me over 5 fps.
can someone explain what exactly that does? and how it is supposed to look better?

thanks in advance

Don't take in mind such things and choose what you like. Most players unable to see effects if not to point to them directly or compare, so pay attention to performance first.

yea ur right but the problem im facing here is that the only thing that keeps me above 60fps is switching ssao off.
normally i wouldn't mind playing at 50-55 fps but for some reason in skyrim you can really see the stuttering and its bothering me.
without ssao the game runs at 60+ and it looks perfectly smooth. why on earth is it that noticeable?

the shadows does look much better but damn its 55 fps! that should be smooth as hell but it isn't.

If you want performance, turn it off, there is no solution, ssao is complex and slow effect.
