That blue color around the car and inside its from enb, but what effect is that ... ?

It's something in customized shaders (effect.txt f.e.) or palette texture.

I don't have a palette texture and I removed effect.txt and the effect is still there :(.
This problem appears only on enb v0.076, on v0.075 it doesn't any help please ?

Try IBLAmount=0 in enbseries.ini

No luck .. its not working, its still there but now appears when enb is not on when I put the enb on the image goes completly white and you can't see anything..

Ok, may be i misunderstood what is wrong. May be it's someting with bloom or ssil. Anyway doesn't matter, because game looks not as it should, i can't help, all those bugs are new, if mod is old and game too, then only drivers or other software produce bugs.

Well Thanks for all the help :) i guess il stay with version 0.075 cause has no bugs :), Thanks again.
