Title says it all. I just want a static DOF effect and not the automatic focus in both first and third person views.

Let me try to supply :p

This is not an ENB. Rather its more like an FXAA injector that you can adjust in game. But, it does have an option for static Depth of Field. So, basically you would just want to find an ENB you like, turn off the ENB depth of field and then install the mod I linked. Turn off all effect accept the static depth of field.

I have a config similar to this a long time ago called DNA Config. I should probably re-visit the idea sometime.
