I am wondering is there a Nascar Racing 2003 Season ENB Series? I am trying to get dx9 converter to work with no luck please help me.

I run DX8 for i think VC/Gta3 and it works but I cant edit the bloom I try a converter and it wotn even hook in game usually i see green text in upper left but i am not seeing a thing with the dx8 to 9 please can some one help me fix dx8 or help me get the converter working for NR2003?
