Hi guys i just cant find out what is causing this every time i load the game it fully loads great weather great effects Colorful but sometimes it dosnt i get this colourless effect did this on more than 7 fresh copies of the game plus more than 3 fresh windows this is on ice 2.1 and yes i have tested this on a fresh copy of iv with no mods same thing

my specs : Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit SP1
Intel Core i7-3770 3.4GHz (8MB Cache)
8GB Dual Channel DDR3 at 1600MHz
Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 1.5GB
