Skyrim for PC lacks the motion blur that the consoles have. This is not a problem for people with overclocked/high-end CPUs, but my Phenom II x4 965 BE, with ENB Series, my minimum FPS is 40FPS, which is judder-y compared to 60FPS. With motion blur, 30FPS can (sometimes) look as smooth as 60FPS. So a motion blur feature would be wonderful. Even if the image is less detailed, the experience is smoother.

Boris already tried to implement this but the result was so full of unfixable ghosting-bugs that he gave up on the idea i think.
