Wrong preset, your video memory size summary is about 7 gb (and real only 4), better set 4096.

I have 16 gigs of system ram and 4 gigs of vid ram. Ok reverted to 4096 and im keeping the other setting at 1024, or is 512 more stable?

512 is more stable.
Amount of ram on your rig is much bigger than non local vram, that's why i said 16 gb of VideoMemorySizeMb is wrong for you, depends from drivers and hardware.
