Hey - Hey!

Its not a Problem of ENB or such ...
... just thought there are smart People here, that know things like this:

Sometimes Skyrim loads infinite when leaving an Inn or something like this and I have to kill the Skyrim Process. I m using Windows 8. I noticed in Task-Manager everytime it says "Inactive" under Status of the Skyrim Process. The Process is still using some Percent of CPU (2%, 3%).

:?: Is there a common Explanation of "Inactive" Processes? Why does it get Inactive? Why cant I wake it up and get it Active again? :D
