What values do i need to change to adjust DoF blur range? i use RealVision ENB with Dynamic Bokeh DoF but i want more of the background out in the distance to be blurred. http://i.imgur.com/X0BnXW6.jpg

Best way is to ask the author.
Look through the enbeffectprepass.fx, it's bound to be something there that you are looking for. Many parameters inside an effect file has often comments after the parameters that explains what the parameter does.
