Greetings,

is there any way to code into enbeffect.fx or enbeffectprepass.fx that the AOIntensity or AOAmmount values
of the ambient occlusion changes when a defined Weather comes up?
(Sadly i am no coder so i have no idea about that)

SSAO is rendered directly by the binary, so no. Shader code from .fx files are end-user stuff, like depth of field, bloom, colour correction.
