Please kill me :/, I just cannot win...

My specs: CPU AMD A10 6800k 4.10ghz, MEM 20GB, SSD Corsair GT 120gb, GPU ATI HD 6990 4gb & running Windows 8.1 on Cat beta 13.11 beta8 drivers. Which seem to be the only drivers that actually work for Skyrim without up and down fps jerkyness. While putting all other problems to a side for a moment...

Turning on Dof in Enb causes my screen to all out blur up with a hint of light flicker, I have had Crossfire problems before (guessing because I have a duel in one 6990 from ati) way way back some year or more ago. Managed to bypass that with renaming TESV.exe to Oblivion.exe SKSE.ini workarounds etc. But now I've not long upgraded my system because my CPU when ZZzz. The only way I can currently find a workaround without some step by step help if someone knows how to fix this is. Run game in Window mode but thats also too buggy and causes hangs/freezes and may or may not load anyway on loading a save or loading into a new area within game. Takes the piss! lol

Is there a way anyone knows how if possible to fix this please or if not where might be the best place to ask?

Crossfire users have too much problems with the mod and radeon 6xxx especially. Just forget it.
