if i stop game uesing console or tab key anything

game color is change to yellow ,
some cave indoor too
game color changing by my view angle

whats problem?

Never heard about such issue, probably it's palette file or shader code made by some user. Try different enbeffect.fx, effect.txt and without enbpalette image, if problem not occur (f.e. with my official files), then ask author of shaders how to fix (probably at the beginning of enbeffect.fx his nickname).
