I doubt ENB will work for Fallout 3 since you need to "hack-ify" it with a d3d9.dll file to begin with (as the game is so old it's incompatible with Win. 8- you have to take some extra steps to get it to run.... and it still crashes excessively). Which stinks, because the storyline is fantastic. :/
