So I wanted upgrade my enb to v0.248, but when I tried to do so, my San Andreas started crashing on startup, just before it could get to loading screen. I tried all the other versions and they worked fine, but the newest, 0.248, just doesn't work.
However, after changing the folders name, deleting the user files folder and restarting my computer, it works until the next restart or until I try to change something in the settings or change anything in my SA folder. (I tried modding my hud.txd)

Things I tried so far:

  • Clean install
  • Changing the folders name
  • Deleting the user files folder
  • Reinstalling DirectX

OS: Windows 8.1

I do not support SAMP or MTA, if mod work - fine, if not - i will not test anyway (Steam version is unsupported, any other i can't run on my pc).

I can confirm that 0.248 as well as the old versions run flawlessly on Windows 8 and 8.1. I have no crapware running in the background though as well as not the newest drivers. Tested on both GTX Titan and 670.
