I'm here to ask if there's any chance to add back the parameter for ForceFakeVideoCard= to your enb ? It seems it's the only way how to get back working enb effects (dof and others) to my optimus card. I know I could use older version with the existing parameter, however only the latest version supports terrain parallax.

No. Instead of asking such things, users must annoy nvidia. Fake videocard is slow even for desktops, it not work properly because of game bugs and this mode is abandoned long time ago, i can't make changes in code everywhere accroding to it.
