everytime, when i put d3d9.dll in the fallout nv folder, fallout wont start its stuck on small black cube in the corner of the screen and than crashes.

for the record i have gtx 970 i7 8 ram.

Crapware is running, antivirus, uac. Search on the forum about definition of crapware.
