I installed SpringTime ENB, and for some reason the sky looks like this:

I reinstalled skyrim and all plugins and mods just to solve this problem but to no conclusion.
What do i need to tweak to make the sky more like the ones in the pictures?

Probably you had another preset installed previously and some files remains. Try again, but delete first all files in "enbseries" folder except enbhelper.dll and in main game folder files: enbeffect.fx, effect.txt, enbpalette.bmp/tga/png, enbeffectprepass.fx, enbbloom.fx, enbseries.ini. Mods which modify sky may cause this, but if such issue do not occur with other presets, than not the case. Also try to enable/disable weather system in enbseries.ini (depends from preset and weather mods installed). In-game video options also contain some parameters which affect brightness, make sure they are set to default. Finally, preset have a lot of bloom and overexposed, you may reduce that in [COLORCORRECTION] category of enbseries.ini (simplest solution) and [BLOOM].
