On a clean install of Windows 10 I have been unable to run ENB. Direct X 11 seems to block installation of the .dll file (d3dx9_43.dll) that ENB is looking for.

Sorry if this is a repost or in the wrong forum. I searched the forum and didn't find anything. Any help would be appreciated.

You need DirectX Runtime Standalone from MS web site, summer 2010 release.
