Okay so i installed Rudy enb and used the latest wrapper and edited enblocal to use my computer's specs, but in game i can bring up the enb panel but the enb cursor won't appear no matter what key i press. What am i doing wrong? I never used enb before and most of the stuff is default aside from the changes Rudy enb makes. I tried searching the forums and googling and youtube searching but can't find a clear answer. I want to know how to make the enb cursor appear in game.

Cursor of the mod is rotating blue-violet arrows to not miss them. If you tried to move the mouse over the screen everywhere (cursor of the mod is at same place where system cursor is, not the game one), then something corrupts drawing of cursor, drivers or crapware. Though i see such bug report first time.

What os Tan4500. There is a ton of different overlays and other boxes that appear that try to pop up when using windows 10 that seem to interfere with enb. and can grab your cursor from you. which can happen in other operating systems too. changing the default mouse setting to not move the cursor to an open dialog box can help.

Im still running windows 7 because I could never get used to win 8 and don't want to "upgrade" to 10. And I also have serious privacy concerns which also make me hesitate to "upgrade".

Last time I tried to access the Enb ingame config the cursor only appeared when the loading wheel was on screen. And that was with steam overlay off and AA and AS were also off. I need to be able to configure the thing while ingame but even with all that and pressing every key desperately, the cursor would not appear. The game was running with Admin privileges, I'm on an admin account, my mod mod manager of choice, MO, also is set to admin, as is Steam and I turned UAC off.

I keep hearing open the console and then access the menu, but no matter what i do the cursor won't appear.

There is no other reason. Cursor is drawed by very simple code and only two scenarios possible to not see it:
1) Out of game screen. But how? Crapware moving it, driver of gamepad, multiple virtual displays?
2) Fail of rendering. Because of crapware or bad driver modified opacity, shader constants or other renderer states?
The last thing came to mind. If some shaders are broken (unable to compile because of driver bug or godamned antivirus), many objects will not be rendered properly, including cursor (it's black square in that case). If you are paranoid regarding security, may be that's the culprit, one shitty thing from M$ which should block Flash f.e. actually destroy normal flow of the code.
