Hello, first post here. I'll try to be as helpful as I can be in giving the information necesary.

So I'm running Fallout 4 BuildID 1000733, ENBSeries v2.91

Procedure:

Download ENBSeries v.291
Unzip
Move files (not including license.txt, readme.txt) over to the C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout4\
Modify enblocal.ini to use 20000 for memory, as I have 26243 available per vmemtest from enbdev.com
Start FO4 --> Game goes to black screen, then "This program is not responding"
Add any ENB Preset per their instructions on FO4Nexus --> Black Screen, then "This Program is not responding"

This also happens when using ENBoost v.283, where I just move over the d3d11.dll, the compiler dll, and the enblocal.ini and modified to 20000.

Previously on earlier builds I could just copy/paste the ENBoost files over and start FO4 with no issue, I noticed this issue occurring about 3 weeks ago, haven't been able to get ENB to work at all.

Let me know if there's any details I can add. I wonder if it's related to being opted into the Beta program? I don't see ANY posts about CTD's or failure to launch for ENB on FO4 so maybe I'm a one-off.

I do not support the mod when game patches are updated, obviously. Wait till new version will be released.

Then my suspicion is most likely correct in that it's due to the Beta. Makes sense.

Nothing changed on your computer since this 3 weeks ago ? Like a particular update, a new software or maybe a setting from steam (like overlay or something) ?
From my experience with users of my preset, this kind of crash is 90% related to a tier software that is conflicting with the enb.
Does the beta use a survey tool ?
