I am using Tetrachromatic set for Skyrim with ENB 305 and its Way too dark for me, so i wanted to raise the ambient lighting values for all times of the day,
but no matter what value i put in (using the in game console shift-z) nothing changes tried applying and saving... nothing. What am I missing?

Most likely the preset uses the weather system, so you first need to open the weather window. Look for a button towards the top of the ENB GUI main section.
