I try to make my enb so that alot of weathers have customized settings.
I have most basic weathers covered in the weatherlist.ini, but some weathers just don't exist according to the console. (The ones I don't have in weatherlist.ini)

Is this a problem with Skyrim, or is it just something that is not supported by ENBseries?

If it's a DLC weather or a weather added by a mod you need to add the correct load order id in front of the weather id (replace 00).

Thanks! This completely fixed the issue.
Using Vivid weathers atm. Replacing the 00 with the loader order ("60") made me able to change the weather.
