Wondering if there is a way to make the ENB Shift + Enter GUI bigger?

I'm old with bad eyes and have 2160p making adjustments very difficult.

No. At high resolution it is scaled up to bigger automatically (3 sizes it have). I can't make it any bigger, because it's code not written by me and it will take too long time to understand and modify everything.
