Too Dark

So I'm playing Oldrim with ENB and RLO with DynDOLOD. The characters are all too dark (nearly black), and there's this weird effect where the nearby ground around my character is really dark but the distant landscape (basically anything 10 feet away from my character) is not. How can I fix this? :%)

Change preset to the one you like.
