Why won’t it work I downloaded every version and not 1 works and I don’t have no other mods except skske64 and the necessary mods for the enbseries? It goes to a black screen and then it goes back to mo2! Mentions something about some .ddl not installed or a enp or an exe or something on those lines if I can take a picture I’ll try to figure out how to add it on here.

Did you install ENBSeries correctly? Normally you would just drag and drop the contents of the WrapperVersion folder into the game's root folder (the same one the executable is in).

Afterwards, try launching the game directly from its own exe to bypass MO2 and SKSE to narrow the list of culprits.
