Half Life 2 ENB doesn't have a menu

Hi, I recently tried out the HL2 ENB and I couldn't bring up the ENB menu in game. Which meant I had to exit the game every time I wanted to see changes. However it seems like the changes I made to the .ini didn't take effect either.

Does the HL2 ENB have a game menu or is it only a feature for more supported titles like Skyrim?

Don't remember, but big chance cause old version it do not have menu yet. Also it may not work at all, because game had many updates since the mod release for it.
