Letterbox only feature with two adjustable parameters as post pass shader for dx9 versions of the mod effect.txt and dx11 versions of the mod enbeffectpostpass.fx.
May need to have EnablePostPassShader=true set in enbseries.ini and/or selecting in shaders window EFFECT.TXT or ENBEFFECTPREPASS.FX proper technique name to make effect active.
