I still looking around. For now, Dragonsreach looks the worst. What I am not sure about i show WS is affecting it. I will uninstall it and recheck (should have done that befreo, actually).

What I'm wondering is whether that effect is out of whack or whether your particle intensity is set too high.
In any case this issue is due to there being some complaints about the dim light shafts being too dim so I upped their intensity but probably some further fine-tuning would do good.

Ok. So, removing WS fixes the problem. Previous version of PP (February 2020 version) plays nice with WS. Most recent update (September 2020) does not. I am guessing that Dlizzio will need to tweak WS to accommodate the latest PP.

Ah yes, I wasn't paying enough attention. That also does explain the issue.

Ya. The brightness tweak makes the WS dust effect too exaggerated, IMO. I don't mean to imply that you should fix/tweak anything. But I do think since this isn't on the Nexus, some (most?) users will miss the updates. And this one does affect visuals significantly, maybe for the worst if mod authors are unaware of any changes and hence the need to update/tweak their mods.

Sure, it's always a question of how you balance everything and especially for which mods, and traditionally PP has been balanced for the base game.

Could you say where can i download the 28/02/2020 version of your Skyrim particle Patch for ENB SE? Uninstalling Window Shadows MOD is not an option for me, neither not using your patch. <)
