Re: Skyrim SSE Water for ENB
Looks a lot better. Which are the relevant ENB fog settings? The ones I'm trying to adjust in game don't seem to be changing the interior fog at all. Also when I tried to use Remove Interior Fog before it didn't seem to work, at least not in Embershard Mine.

You can adjust the environment fog using the parameters starting with "fog" in the [ENVIRONMENT] category. Decreasing the fog intensity or increasing the near clip distance (using CK) will help prevent unsightly water edges such as these:
(Orange fog is environment fog, obviously.)

Hey mindflux, which ENB are you using in your screenshots?

Nothing really, it's just the default preset with some tweaks here and there.

Re: Skyrim SSE Water for ENB
Would you mind sharing it? I know you say it's not much but I'm wondering if it could help me with my dark water. Maybe it could be my weathers as well but I'm not sure, I use cathedral weathers. I've tried tweaking stuff for a bit but it's hard for me to get rid of the blackness without changing the overall look too much.mindflux wrote:Nothing really, it's just the default preset with some tweaks here and there.

Can you please post a screenshot or two? You should be able to brighten up the water by increasing ReflectionAmount and/or lowering FresnelMultiplier parameters in the [WATER] section.

Thanks for the help. Here is a screenshot to clarify what I mean (this is with water brightened as much as I could with reflectionamount and fresnelmult):mindflux wrote:Can you please post a screenshot or two? I guess I didn't realize but it seems to be more the color of the waves that is dark, not the entirety of the water. Anything I could do about this? I've tried changing settings around myself but while I certainly see stuff change with the color of the water, the black portions from the screenshot seem unaffected.

That's from the reflection, and I'm not aware of any way to adjust it on an individual basis.
Reducing the wave amplitude (seems like it's very high at the moment) will make it less visible, though.

Wow, this mod is simply breathtaking, it creates the most beautiful watereffects I've seen in any ENB! Great work! Im using this together with Cathedral water overhaul (with Water for ENB overwriting it) and it seems to work perfect, no framedrops whatsoever!
