With this mod installed I crash trying to enter DragonsReach. Even "coc WhiterunDragonsreach" from the main menu crashed every time with this mod installed.
It's actually just one file fxambbeamxbdustbig02.nif which I was able to narrow down to by trial and error (and rule of halves) in Skyrim_Particle_Patch_for_ENB--All-In-One\meshes\effects\ambient. So if you disable or remove that one file the mod seems to work otherwise.

Thanks, will test. You are using the LE patch with LE, right? Seems odd since there haven't been updates to those meshes for a long time but it might be a some sort of mod conflict.

Soulmancer
Which weather is that, the ash storm perhaps? To be honest that looks just buggy.

Interesting. I just tested and looks normal to me, i.e. floating pieces of ripped toilet paper. Maybe a bug in one of the mods you're using?
The texture should be DLC02\Effects\FXAshSoft01.dds.

Is there also a mesh involved?

Not sure, it seems to use the same kind of shader particle geometry as the rain.
It actually looks like it's a feature of Cathedral Weathers since the vanilla game apparently doesn't use the effect for those weathers.

Yes, must be mesh or CW doing it. The texture is vanilla/SSE cleaned.
edit: it turns out it was assigned the texture aniso.dds DLC02VolcanicAshParticles01 to certain ash weathers. this apparently was an unused vanilla effect... I guess it was never finished.
On a note so related note, is your snow effects mod still a WIP and not publicly released?
I tried it out and in looks great, but the transparency of the flakes seems to vary when I'm looking around.

Hey, @mindflux. I finally got around to installing the latest PP. I am getting this result in Dragonsreach, whereas it wasn't a problem with the previous version that I installed.

Thanks.

Thanks for the report. I assume that your particle intensity is set in such a way that otherwise everything looks fine and balanced?
