ENB for Enter the Matrix

Fixed motion blur
Tried using a lighter and more colorful Palette this time ( you can obviously change it if you want)

Added a proper DoF .txt

Not sure if I'll mess with this one any more after this version
I've been sitting on it for a while, thought I would get it out before I move to school in Denver around Mid-September

i tried this one I've put all files in install directory and used same settings as yours but its not working
