How to Use:
*Better to turn off DOF before doing this
1. Enable Tilt Shift & Cursor(Red Line)
2. set Rotate/Offset
3. set Blur Multiplier & Blur Curve
4. turn off cursor & ENB helper
5. and voila!

Wow that's awesome. I've been planning on making some timelapse videos and this will be perfect.

Re: Photoshop Tilt Shift in Effect.txt
Hi, nice effect. I'm trying this on Medieval Total War with generic ENB 0.76.
Some how its working but I can't manage to get the effect at the middle of the screen. The center line is placed at the very top of the screen and changing TS_Axis only rotates the line from the top left corner.
Am I doing something wrong?
Edit:
Nevermind, played with offset and its working perfectly now.
Thank you, this effect its perfect for this game.

TS_offset will move anchor point of the axis
