[REL] Vibrance effect

I was using SweetFX, but only for its Vibrance effect. I wanted to simplify my ENB setup, so I decided to have a stab at porting the SweetFX shader into an effect.txt file. The result is rough and ready, but seems to do something, possibly even the right thing. Find it at http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/41905/?
