Could someone make proper lens flare shader for the newest ENB?
Such lens flare would work awesome for Fallout street lights:

Fallout don't have emitters with big enough intensity to use them as light sources (only saw in eyes of gas mask of some armor mod), that's main problem. Vertical blurred lines are simple, but rays can be done only if light source have very high intensity, otherwise nearest light sources will not give proper intersection of rays. More than that, fallout is unpopular game to make such things for it.

How about making a special variable for all the light that should have very high intensity? Something like "HDRLightsIntensity"? and then apply modified lenz shader as lens flare.
BTW: Would it be possible to remove all those super ugly light sprites? They ruin even the best configs.
BTW2: I know You hate that subject, but there is a way to enable screen motion blur in game, however, it's LDR. Maybe You could just enhance it with HDR render? You will not have any problems gathering the data necessary to motion blur, since it's already there (download this mod: http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/35615/). Depth of field works in that way, If You will download a dynamic DOF mod from nexus, it will not use the vanilla game depth of field effect but ENB one.

Light don't have volume, it's invisible. Objects have it and may emit light, but i don't know the way to do this in fallout, because there is no strict standart which emit light or which only recieve it.
Motion blur in screen space is not interesting me, it's ugly.
Anyway, game or mod for it is not popular, don't ask me anything, i see stats on the site and don't want to do anything for fallout, i'm not a fool who wasting life.
