LumaSharpen for SkyrimSE ENB

Hi everyone,
This is my first attempt to work with shaders code-wise, I've always just tweaked enbseries inis
I've ported the LumaSharpen code from ReShade 3.0 to Skyrim SE ENB 0.310, but since it's the first time, I cannot guarantee on the 100% functionality
You can find LumaSharpen in enbeffectpostpass.fx.
