Re: TES Skyrim
Midhras, I stumbled upon the green embers fix. I turned off Complex Indirect Lighting and the fire returned to normal. Why this is caused by CIL, I have no idea. But that fixed it for me...

SECOND:
I thought this was a glitch in my own set-up, but it seems this is a problem specific to my ENB. Whenever a shadow falls on embers in for instance a forge or brazier, people report this strange green glow effect to the shadow. I had this myself, but when I toggle SSAO off, refresh, and toggle SSAO back on again and refresh, afterwards the fire and embers look normal, until I restart the game again! But it occurs to me that I may be losing some other stuff than just this green glow by doing that. Anyone have any idea what could cause this strange effect?
Thanks A LOT to anyone that can shed some light on these.
Greetings from the Spanish beach and mountains! Hope you're all keeping well.[/quote]

@DogStar: Great to hear you found the philopsopher's stone! You have probably already found out that snow is especially problematic with heavy bloom and IL... I don't know if you've noticed, but there's mod called RIS - Real Ice and Snow by grVulture that has darker snow textures as an optional file - it helps somewhat.
I really like the look of your config by the way, especially the earlier grassy shots you posted were gorgeous.

Nice screens everyone else too!

Re: TES Skyrim
Thank you, glad you like the pics... and thanks also for the link, that may well be just what I need, as my snow, as you can see in the shot, does blow-out to white in some cases... I've yet to find the philosopher's stone, or holy grail, but its getting there. My only feeling is a lack of uniqueness, this config is pretty similar to quite a few others out there... oh, well you can't have it allmindflux wrote:@DogStar: Great to hear you found the philopsopher's stone! I enjoyed your morning walk... the lighting is just right for the time of day; very nice indeed.
