Re: TES Skyrim

Ok, so this is WIP... But then again, who's isn't?

I am running 2500k, GTX670, and the game is installed onto an SSD.

Re: TES Skyrim

Yeah Boris I agree sometimes the new textures don't fit terribly well. Some texture packs are good though, you really have to select the best textures.

This should provide the cream of the crop out of the texture packs for ya.

mindflux wrote:Haints, first try lowering DirectLightingCurve and AmbientLightingCurve - they act a bit like a contrast setting. You can also try to edit the palette, but the results are usually a bit of a gamble regarding the effect on the whole image.

First disable Sky Lighting or increase ambient level to make sure you can see what you're doing.
Thanks, mindflux!

A few more random shots, mostly testing lighting:

Re: TES Skyrim

@youngneil1 - that's some interesting stuff your doing there... using your new code, will it be possible to boost individual colours with subtlety?... and what range of colours can this be done with.
@DogStar: Absolutely - it's just a question of patience and trial & error. Some colours will appear in diffferent situations though, so some changes will be inappropriate depending on the situation encountered. With Sanguinoire I spend quite some time hunting down those occassions, narrowing down my detection filters. Would be nice to have more control, like tying to time of day or weather condition one is in right now. My triggers right now are hue (most dominant colour/relative proportion of red, green, blue to each other) and brightness of the color (sum of red, green, blue). The effect applied on the deteced color can be whatever you like, e.g. you could maintain the general hue but intensify the colour. I test such approach for Grim Gem ENB right now.

@All: I released Sanguinoire ENB, including that ocde (it's uncleaned mess right now with too many "if expressions" that could easily be combined, also some redundant multipliers for the colour hue wished for). Stil, feel free to use it if it helps (just please give some little credit). Remember that it's nothing special but a palette codified. Here's the link to Sangunoire ENB:

Re: TES Skyrim

Experimented with original skyrim bloom, without using original pp, for now its almsot bloomless, as enb reads bloom values from weather settings, but its not really a problem. Still cant decide what to use.
