Re: TES Skyrim 0.114 beta

Not sure if this is something from 114 or older versions too, but when I turn on complex indirect lighting I get some faint transparent flames, like this:

Only happens in certain places though, like Riften interiors or Markarth inn. Candles in Whiterun interiors and elsewhere are normal. Some conflict with imagespace values?

I don't know where is that Riften or Markarth. Will try to look everywhere, but never saw this bug yet.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.114 beta

Seriously? The transparent flames bug has been a problem for a long time. Markarth is a major problem area for this. Understone keep. There are a lot of problem areas for this though. Mostly indoors.

As far as the alt/tab issue is concerned, it may very well be memory related. Some places of the game do it (CTD) more than others though.

I don't have alt+tab crash, this means it not exist and appear only when mods installed. If it appear with texture mods, then it is game bug (leaks).

Re: TES Skyrim 0.114 beta

I "fixed" the alt+tab CTD's with Skyrim running in window mode. Now I can alt+tab all I want without any CTD's :)

Re: TES Skyrim 0.114 beta

This latest beta of .114 seems to have fixed my 3 to 4 minute load times. If I notice anything else amiss, I shall let you know, Boris...Thank you...

Re: TES Skyrim 0.114 beta

With the latest beta I get odd quick flicks every now and then - while walking around, the screen flicks like ENB's refreshing settings. It doesn't happen all that often, but often enough not to be totally random and unrelated to the latest beta. Never happened with earlier versions. The long loading times seem to have been indeed fixed, hurray!

Re: TES Skyrim 0.114 beta

That flickering like mod toggling on/off is was what i afraid of. Okay, i'll restore back version. But how to find where flicker occurs?
