[Skyrim] Water lighting weirdness

Hello, I have tried asking this question in other forums, but no one has been able to give me a straight answer about this!

So from what understand so far that this is a widespread "problem", but people dont notice it as much as I do because I tweaked my ini file to darken nights and dungeons.

This is not my current settings but you can get a general sense of what Im talking about.
I think this comes from me changing the [ENVIRONMENT] commands to suit my desires, but I dont think any of those apply to water darkening at night or at all.

I hope you can help me guys, this is really bugging me for a long time now xD

It's how water reflection is working in game, you can't do anything right now, water is not modified in current version of the mod.
