The .117 Beta has so far been the most playable ENB release yet for me, due to the fact it actually has decent loading times - I understand some others no doubt have issues with it and there will be more stable releases later on, but it's a shame there don't seem to be more .117 presets that I can find, especially since it seems .117 breaks a lot of existing ones.
I was wonder if anyone else is using any good ones they'd like to share until the major releases update to a newer version.
At the moment, I'm using an extensively modified version of DrSarcasmo's which you can get here. But it's not ideal as it comes out to be a bit too bright a lot of the time, particularly at night. At the same time daylight lighting tends to be too white, even at sunset/sunrise.

Re: [REQ] Skyrim .117 Presets?
Version 0.117 do not have any changes with colors and their control to "broke" the game look with old presets, they are backwise compatible. If you see issues, then you not looked in to readme file and didn't changes for new parameters.

Re: [REQ] Skyrim .117 Presets?
I am using Project ENB (CoT version) on 0.117, and it works fine (with the exception of a graphic problem I'm having on all versions, which may turn out to be a problem with my system, not sure yet).
I removed all trace of third-party ENB settings, then removed all trace of .113.
I installed .117, then re-installed Project ENB. No problem.
